- Assertive: Is there a more suitable time to contact you about our standing offer?
Simple. Show emotions. You’re not a robot. When you begin to connect with your prospect client on their terms and their current situation in life, THEN will you begin to actually call your cold calls leads.

Let’s say your customer needs a phone. They do not currently have a provider. Their budget doesn’t allow them to get the phone they desire but they do not want to settle for less. Don’t let them settle for less give them options. They cannot afford $79.99 recurring charges on a phone with Verizon? Convert them to VoIP and shave $30 – $40 bucks off of their bill. NEVER let them settle always give them an option they thought they wouldn’t have.
